Cleaning

Two days to reply to a text message? Straight guys are annoying. How do the girls put up with that?

I did think about going out for brunch today but the weather was not as nice as yesterday and I had no one else to ask.

Oh well it’s probably for the best. I was able to get through the weekend without drinking and although I’m tempted to drink it’s better that I don’t.

So instead I’m cleaning which has a better outcome (less cluttered), is cheaper (free) and feels like I’ve accomplished something.

It’s also a behaviour that I often fall back to when I’m not feeling good about myself, as if throwing things away is a substitute for getting rid of the things I’m not happy with.
