4 January 2009I was inspired today by a scene early on in the movie “Baby Mama”. Tina Fey’s character went in to her bathroom and stuck beside the mirror were some little inspirational notes to herself about her quest to have a baby.
One of them in particular was “relax – it will happen”.
I think I need some notes like that. I’m not after a baby but the quest for a first boyfriend as I get older is also hard and some reassuring notes and messages might help me get through the day.
The movie by the way was quite enjoyable with some laughs and a good story.
Go for it. I used to have an inspiration note on my bedroom wall that said “Get off your fat arse and so something” and with a friendly reminder like that I did. It does work!
