I love this song, my favourite from Shrek the Musical.

However I wonder if I’m too much the princess in the castle waiting for my prince charming.

Because I was listening to Alanis this morning and this song spoke to me. I am so wise and so sexy and shouldn’t let anyone make me feel otherwise. I love Alanis’ songs.

Tuesday tune: One Night Only

In the musicals montage on the Oscars they used a little bit of One Night Only from Dreamgirls. But a few years ago, when Hugh Jackman hosted the Tony Awards, he performed the whole song, did some high kicks, and made out with Lucy the Slut from Avenue Q!

In The Heights

In The Heights, the 2008 Tony Award winner for Best Musical, is now on my list of musicals to see on Broadway after I watched this performance from last year’s awards ceremony.
